Customer Service Representative - Training Coordinator

Altra Medical is looking for a professional customer service representative with two years of sales experience and excellent phone skills. Position is also responsible for coordinating CPR training classes. 

Skills Required:

Experience required. Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Polite, polished customer service skills to cultivate existing customer base, sell products and coordinate and schedule CPR/AED training. This is NOT a telemarketing position. We are looking for a self motivated, professional, intelligent person with good attention to detail to work with our clients. Computer skills required including Outlook, CRM type system, Excel, Word and Adobe products. This could be an interesting opportunity for someone interested in re-entering the workforce.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative is Altra Medical's primary contact with our customers. Answer customer phone calls that include orders, answering questions on products, scheduling training or selling new products. Contact existing customer base to identify new needs, and contact new leads to obtain sales. Coordinate and schedule CPR/AED training with customers and instructors. Position will be in our Pinellas Park/Largo office.

Altra Medical is a growing small medical equipment distributor, primarily for Philips Medical. Our main product line is automated external defibrillators (that restart people’s hearts when they go into cardiac arrest). We also sell manual defibrillators/ ACLS monitors, and cardiology products such as cardiographs, holter monitors, patient monitors. We have over 2,300 clients and have been in business 15 years. Clients include: colleges, law enforcement, municipalities, corporations, churches and schools. Products are sold direct and via an on-line store www.altramedical.com. We are celebrating 66 people alive today with AEDs we’ve sold.

Hours: 9 – 5 with some flexibility
