Extended Warranty Philips FRx AED by Altra Medical

Altra Medical is pleased to offer you an extended warranty on your Philips HeartStart FRx AED.  Philips provides an 8 year warranty on AEDs manufactured after December 2011.  Altra Medical offers you additional protection with our Altra AED Warranty options.

Please chose 1, 2, or 3 year options.  

The warranty will replace the AED with the same model of AED if the unit fails to work according to the manufacturer's specifications and the AED is no longer covered by a warranty from Philips.   It excludes pads and batteries.  Damage due to abuse or water damage is excluded.  The extended warranty is available for AEDs manufactured in 2009 or later.

We will email you the warranty form to complete and we will require you to call in with the AED and perform a battery insertion test to confirm current operability.
